Two Strong Ways to Build the Day
These two leading options offer different itinerary shapes; use the quick table for the remaining alternative.
Anchor this choice when you want the broadest private day itinerary.
Private Giza Pyramids, Saqqara & Memphis Tour with Egyptologist
Best for: Travelers who want a private Egyptologist-led day that links Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis in one itinerary.
This private tour is the strongest full-day anchor if your priority is depth rather than speed. It connects Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis in one itinerary, so you can stay with the same Egyptologist guide across a broad ancient-Egypt route. The confirmed inclusions are straightforward: private air-conditioned transport and mineral water during the journey. The listed options also show that you can compare a private guide-and-car setup with a more inclusive version that adds lunch and entrance fees. Because the route is longer and more site-heavy, it suits travelers who want a structured day and do not mind a fuller program.
Why choose this route
- Private air-conditioned vehicle is included.
- Free mineral water is included during the journey.
- Gratuities are listed as excluded.
Use this as the compact alternative when you want to keep the day shorter.
Half Day Private Tour of the Giza Pyramids with Camel Ride, Lunch
Best for: Travelers who want a focused Giza visit with a camel ride and optional all-inclusive convenience.
This option works well when you want a shorter, more contained outing centered on the Giza Plateau. The confirmed structure includes a private Egyptologist guide, hotel pickup and drop-off at the same hotel, and private transport, which makes it easy to plan around a half-day window. The route also includes a camel ride in the listed options and a traditional lunch only if you choose the all-inclusive version. It is the clearest fit for travelers who want the Giza essentials without committing to a longer multi-site day. The tone is relaxed and photo-friendly, with the emphasis on convenience and guided time at the monuments.
Why choose this route
- Private transportation and an air-conditioned vehicle are included.
- A certified English-speaking guide is included.
- Hotel pickup and drop-off at the same hotel are included.
How to choose your Cairo itinerary style
Pick the half-day Giza option if you want a tighter schedule, a camel ride, and a more compact experience. Choose one of the full-day routes if you want to add Saqqara and Memphis and spend more time with a guide across multiple sites.
Giza, Saqqara, Memphis
A private full-day archaeological route built around three major stops and guided commentary.
Giza-focused half-day
A private short-format outing built around Giza, with camel ride and lunch dependent on option choice.
Classic full-day circuit
A broad Cairo departure that links the main Giza-area sites with Saqqara and Memphis.

Cairo booking checklist
- Check which inclusions belong to the base option and which are tied to a higher-tier listing, especially for lunch, entrance fees, and camel ride.
- If you want the simplest logistics, look for the option that clearly states hotel pickup and drop-off or same-hotel return.
- Gratuities are excluded where listed, so plan separately if you want to tip your guide or driver.
