If you want Luxor tours with hotel pickup, the main choice is between a full-day East and West Banks itinerary and a shorter East Bank temple visit. A third option adds flexibility with a half-day-to-full-day private format, but it is better treated as a quick alternative than the main plan.

Full-day anchor for travelers who want a more complete included package
Private tour Full-Day Luxor Highlights East and West Banks
Best for: Travelers who want a full-day private tour with hotel pickup and a covered set of major Luxor sights.
This is the most complete day plan in the set if you want one private tour to handle several major Luxor stops. The route combines West Bank visits with East Bank temple time, and the listed inclusions go beyond guiding and transport to include lunch and multiple admissions. The product also shows pickup flexibility by noting East Bank pickup as included and West Bank pickup as an extra. For travelers who prefer a structured full-day itinerary with fewer separate purchases, this option is the most straightforward anchor.
Full-day private route with the broadest included package
- Includes hotel pickup and drop-off on the East Bank.
- Covers both West Bank and East Bank sites in one day.
- Lists lunch, private air-conditioned transport, and a qualified Egyptologist guide as included.
Short itinerary anchor for travelers who want fewer stops
Karnak And Luxor Temples Private Tour
Best for: Travelers who want a tighter private sightseeing block focused on Karnak and Luxor temples.
This option works well when you want a compact itinerary rather than a full-day sightseeing circuit. The route stays on the East Bank and centers on Karnak and Luxor temples, so the day is easier to plan if your priority is a smaller number of stops. The included items are clear: private guiding, air-conditioned transportation, and bottled water. The product also notes that meals are not included and that entrance tickets are not included in the itinerary notes, so it suits travelers who want a shorter, simpler private outing and are comfortable arranging those extra costs separately.
Shorter private temple visit for a focused day
- Focuses on just two temples, which keeps the route simple.
- Includes hotel pickup and door-to-door private transport.
- Lists a private Egyptology guide and bottled water as included.
